    The journey to taking control of your diabetes begins here. We will provide an overview of diabetes, nutrition, exercise, insulin usage and many other aspects of care that will give you the information needed to properly manage your diabetes. We will discuss incorporating nutritional management and physical activity into your lifestyle. We will cover the proper use of medications, monitoring blood glucose, and the prevention of chronic and acute complications.   3. Beginner Dance, Ballet, Ages 3-5

    Children will spend a half hour learning basic skills of ballet and majorette. Dance requires the movement of arms, legs and torso designed to increase flexibility, muscle strength and range of motion. Dance classes improve emotional and metal stability and decreases shyness.
