We will provide an overview of diabetes, nutrition, exercise, insulin usage and many other aspects of care that will give you the information needed to properly manage your diabetes. Children will spend a half hour learning basic skills of ballet and majorette. Dance requires the movement of arms, legs and torso designed to increase flexibility, muscle strength and range of motion. Dance classes improve emotional and metal stability and decreases shyness. Registration required.
